Flight Gurukul Admission Terms & Conditions

All Theory and Practical Training classes are required to be attended. A student who does not have 85 percent attendance for a semester/academic year will be considered to have failed to achieve the institution's performance matrix standards and will be ineligible for complimentary placement assistance.

Assistance with Job Search To get the job, every student must go through the placement process. Our website details the full procedure. The placement procedure begins only after the course fees have been paid in full. Students who do not attend the interviews or who do not start working after being selected would lose the Flight Gurukul placement or internship assistance.

We never promise a certain wage amount because it is entirely dependent on the students' accomplishments.

Flight Gurukul retains the right to alter the time of training/course, schedule, training venue/mode of training, institute/office, and course curriculum/syllabus (increase or reduce) without prior warning.

Any student who is absent for more than 10 days without written permission is considered to have dropped out and will have his or her name removed from the rolls; any complaint in this regard will not be considered, regardless of the circumstances.

Students will not be permitted to downgrade their courses after registration, regardless of the situation.

The fee for any course is determined solely by the notice supplied. Once the semester/program classes begin, students admitted will be assumed to be in that class and will be responsible for all fees, even if they leave the course in the middle or before the training is completed. Stoppages must be requested in writing and approved by the institution.

The monthly fee installment is due on the tenth of each month. Non-payment of the prescribed fees by the due date will result in a late payment cost of INR 200 per day or admission cancellation, or both, according on the discretion of the Flight Gurukul.

The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable once paid, regardless of the circumstances.

If a student fails to join the programme by the Flight Gurukul's deadline, his or her admission will be terminated, and the price paid will be non-refundable.

If a cheque bounces for whatever reason, a cost of INR 1000 is charged per cheque, in addition to the applicable late payment fee.

The Flight Gurukul retains the authority to alter the current cost structure.

It is the obligation of the parent/guardian to keep a regular check on the student's performance development by contacting the institute with a prior appointment.

When the institution deems it necessary for verification, students must show original mark sheets and degree/diploma certificates.

Flight Gurukul does not assume responsibility and clearly disclaims any duty for any loss, damage, injury, or death experienced by a student/family or to his/her property, whether or not in connection with studies/educational trips, etc.

Picnics, excursions, trips, and other activities are not to be organized by students on their own. If students organize any type of excursion, the management or personnel of the Flight Gurukul will not be accountable for any loss or damage to personal property, or personal harm, including death.

The Flight Gurukul would have complete authority to conduct all or part of the training online or offline.

If a student is unable to take the final examination due to illness, he or she must submit a written application along with the explanation for absence. If the management believes the cause is valid, the student may be allowed to take the test at a later date set by the institute's management in exchange for a payment of INR 3000/- for each subject in which the student is enrolled.

Re-examination: Students who received less than 70% on their final exams may request a re-examination. A formal application must be given to the management, together with the INR 2500/- re-examination fee for each subject in which the student is enrolled.

The decision to allow a student who received less than 70% on the final examination or who did not appear for the final examination to appear for a re-examination rests entirely with the Institute's management.

If a student refuses or discontinues online or offline instruction for personal or other reasons, Flight Gurukul will not undertake retraining or transfer the student to another batch. The student's fees will not be refunded by Institute.

Flight Gurukul will not be liable to you for any breach of its obligations or termination under these terms and conditions due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as pandemics, epidemics, fires, floods, earthquakes, volcanoes, and other Acts of God, terrorism, strikes, delays caused by transport disputes, failure to provide a course due to a death in the trainer's family, illness of the trainer, Government edict o The management of the Flight Gurukul will have complete authority to stop/terminate training/close the institute, and any losses incurred by students, including financial, educational, and other losses, will not be borne by the institute, and the institute will never be held liable. The institute will not issue a refund for the fees paid.

In the case of online training, the student is solely responsible for managing his or her laptop/mobile, Internet, and any network-related or technical issues. The Institute will not be responsible for managing or resolving the issues, and any educational/financial losses will not be covered by the Institute. If a technical difficulty happens at the student's end, India Travel and Tourism Institute will not undertake retraining, organize an alternate class, or rearrange the batch.

If a student does not pay the full amount for the course chosen or drops the training/course in the middle, he or she will not be permitted to take the Final Examination and will not be entitled to get the Course Certificate/Diploma.

To receive a Diploma/Certificate, you must receive a minimum of 50% on each portion of the final examination. If a student does not receive a passing grade, he or she will receive a course completion certificate. The overall course fees include a one-time examination fee.
